We are getting duplicate order receipts for the same Order ID with different customer accounts. Emails have been separated by a couple hours. When looking one of the users never logged in or ordered anything but yet the email is saying so then another email shows the real user who ordered it.
The incorrect order never gets logged in the Order Manager but we do get a receipt and order notification.
Has this occurred before. Any idea as to how this is possible? All users must login before they can order.
