promotions are important for marketing . i have checked them but i cant see options to limit promotions by user that used or not , i want to discount subtotal in period of time if subtotal is more than 20$ just for one time and if customer used it , then this promotions not apply to that customer. is it possible ?

There currently isn't a built-in way to do this, but it sounds like a great idea to add as an enhancement.
