UPS OnLine Registration Failing

When I try to register our site using the UPS Online Registration page it displays the following error: Error Calling HTTP POST: Stream Reader Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. System Hotcakes.Shipping.Ups.Keys at Hotcakes.Shipping.Ups.Registration.Register(String serverUrl) at Hotcakes.Modules.Core.Admin.Configuration.ShippingUpsLicense.btnAccept_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) Because of this it does not allow us to add the username, password and other information needed to get the API working. There doesn't seem to be any workaround on setting up the api access besides modifying the source code.

Are you calling the API from a TLS-compliant source? Most APIs like this one will require a TLS 1.1 or higher connection. Also, what version of Hotcakes Commerce is this? Will Strohl, Upendo Ventures Hotcakes Cloud \| Get Support \| Code Support Official Cloud & Support provider for Hotcakes

We are using Hotcakes 03.04.01 and I have tried it from both my local PC and from Windows Server 2019 which both give me the 404 error message when I submit the hotcakes UPS Online Registration form. I have installed it on 3 sites and no matter what information I enter I still get the same error. If I debug I see the request to UPSReg.AcceptLicense for the following and the response is as follows: \n\n \n \n License Request\n \n 1\n Success\n \n 4D8B1BA77373241D\n\n" That all looks successful then it calls UPSReg.Register and it returns the following exception "Error Calling HTTP POST: Stream Reader Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. System"
