I'm running into an error when trying to complete the license application the license agreement does not load and I get the following error:

On PageLoad
Error Reading Response: The 'br' start tag on line 9 position 31 does not match the end tag of 'H2'. Line 10, position 3.There was an error getting the license agreement

On Submit
Error Calling HTTP POST: Stream Reader Error: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. System

Can you please provide more details about the version of Hotcakes Commerce and DNN you're using?

Please upgrade to Hotcakes Commerce 3.6 or newer and try again. This issue may be resolved already.

I read the patch notes and see on the upgrade you have updated the URL to the HTTPS version, I do have a rewrite rule for this website to force HTTPS in IIS, not sure if that could be part of this issue?
