Hi everybody,
after upgrading the module from version 1 to version 3 (exactly 3.2.3), I find two major problems:

1) in the checkout (https://www.aetpharma.it/Checkout) the following API calls give me code 302. Not finding the region, shipping costs are not calculated and I am not allowed to proceed.

2) the dashboard page (/DesktopModules/Hotcakes/Core/Admin/Default.aspx) makes a redirect to the homepage of the site and I do not access the store management page.

Everything works on local server.

Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi,
to upgrade module I did these steps:

1) upgrade DNN to 8.0.3 version
2) download hotackes https://hotcakes.org/Res...ads/Installation-Upgrade
3) uploaded via ftp package in Install/module
4) install module via wizard in "extensions available"
5) updated in web.config the record for System.Web.Mvc "<bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-5.1.0.0" newVersion="5.1.0.0" />"

What version of DNN is this on? Also, did you merge your viewset changes? The error messages also suggest either a permissions issue, or missing updates that should be merged in your web.config during/after DNN upgrades.

The DNN version is 8.0.3.

About your question "Also, did you merge your viewset changes?", could you explain me better?
thanks

The links below will help with that. 🙂

Merging viewset updates is also mentioned in every release notes in every release. 🙂

Thanks. But on the local server, after the upgrade, everything works. Should I also have problems with views there?

If issues are different from location to location, then this seems to be either a configuration issue and/or missing Windows and .NET updates. I'd suggest looking at those two things as possible causes of these issues. Compare IIS and permissions, then update all of the software on the server.
