Hello,

We are testing Ideal payment with Ogone/Ingenico as Third party payment method.

We are getting an error when trying to simulate a succesful payment.
It says:
SHA signature does not match. Please contact the store owner directly to complete your order.

In the Log we see that 2 messages appear:
Third Party Payment Method Checkout Failed
Page load exception: Server cannot append header after HTTP headers have been sent.

Our SHA-IN and SHA-OUT Phrases are unique and the same in hotcakes and Ogone/Ingenico

Has anybody seen this error and how to fix it?
If you need any more information please ask.

Dear Aranka,

I also had the same problems. This is probably a bug. Will, can you test the ogone payment method and (dis) confirm?

Hi Kurt,

Thanks for your reply, did you find a solution to this problem? and is it only when testing or also with a live ogone account?

Will, have had the time to take a look at this?

It's incredibly easy to set-up some payment methods incorrectly or in ways that are unsupported. Can you verify that you've configured your payment method the way outlined in this documentation article?

Hi Will,

In our Installation of HotCakes we have other fields then shown in the article.
We have these:
Payment Service Provider Id
Hash Algorithm
SHA-IN Pass Phrase
SHA-OUT Pass Phrase
Template Page
Debug Mode
Developer Mode

How can I get the options for User account from the article you send?
Or is there maybe a article about configuring Ingenico with these fields?

Thanks.

Hi Will,
Looks like you are referring to an 'older' version.
We have this version: https://hotcakescommerce...the-Ogone-Payment-Method

So it seems there is a problem with the SHA-OUT Setting.
And it seems we're not the only one with this problem , so can you verify if this is a bug or a configuration issue?

So @Kurt, you say you also 'had' the problem.
Does this mean that you solved it in some way???
Can you tell us how?

Well, actually I couldnt fix the problem. But From the many requests, 50, I managed to only make one payment using an ogone test account. There is something wrong but dont know what. Hopefully Will can test this since he is the hcc expert. And I also hope that Geoff Barlow shares his mollie payment module.

I'm sorry that I posted the old article first. The newer article does outline how to use the SHA settings. Are you able to confirm that you've followed those configuration steps? There's information for the SHA in, out, and what to do with it on the Ogone end.

Hi Will,
I can confirm that I followed all the directions from the article, at the hotcakes side and the Ogone side.

Hi Will,

Is there any progress in finding out the issue(s) with Ogone payment method? HCC without Ogone means that europeans cant use HCC.

I'm unable to confirm that there's an issue with the provider. If any of you want to troubleshoot this further, you may find the issue as well since it's open source. I'd be happy to accept a pull request if that's the case.

Outside of that, our support clients haven't reported any issues with this provider either.
