I see bad news that HHC is not Developed as DNN Module Any More.
I have interested to have a commerce solution for DotNetNuke ,
DNN is Powerfull cms for managing Portals and is improving very good , as in ver 9.1 i see good change for better performance. migrating to any other commerce solution that is has only E-shop Is not acceptable for many Shop Managers and also Customer and they have like to have integrated system with their e-shop.
as we see Woocommerce for WordPress is improving and being Stronger day by day . Beacause so many people that use Wordpress intersted to use powerfull e-commerce.
In this situation Wordpress Help to Grow Woocommerce and also WooCommerce To WP.
I think That having a powerfull E-commerce module for dnn is better for all !
Please Give and idea to have better .Net CMS with Powerfull E-commerce Soluton For anyOne And Any Where.

HI Moslem, there are several points to your message to respond to and consider...
For the current time being, you should still consider HotCakes as a powerful ecommerce solution for the D N N space. The change in version HC3 is that it is now being delivered as a complete package with the CMS and eCommerce module/components all together in one installation / package.
There are other elements to consider along with that, but the choice of WordPress vs D N N can still be the same solid choice by going with HC3!

As an update to this topic, there are now two paths for installing Hotcakes
Path A - Hotcakes CMS

There is an installer for brand new installations. This installer is a complete Hotcakes instance (Hotcakes full stand-alone CMS)

There is an installer to upgrade from older DNN to this full hotcakes cms solution. After installation, it is no longer a DNN instance, it is a Hotcakes CMS instance.

In this path, the Hotcakes and DNN elements are all together in one install. In concept, in the long term, this version is able to have Hotcakes-focused decisions and changes to code that may focus on things which help setup a Hotcakes environment and benefit security, ecommerce functions, etc differently than what the core DNN may need.
Path B - DNN CMS + Hotcakes Modules

There is an installer for an existing DNN instance to install Hotcakes 3.0.1 modules.

This is similar to the older/original Hotcakes 1x, 2x module installers and installs Hotcakes in a traditional DNN Module expected way.
