How to add fee to Cash on Delivery payment

Usually when you buy with the payment option "Cash on Delivery" additional cost is added to the order total price, but I can't find where to set it on hotcakes. This should be possible with any payment method. The commissions are never the same for all payment methods and it should be able to set customized commissions for each payment method. Can someone help me to set it? it is a simple and basic option present in all ecommerce solutions and it shouldn't be difficult to do. ThankYou!

I've solved adding a specific shipping method to select for Cash on Delivery payment. It is not optimal solution but it is ok if is no possible to add it to the Paymente method. I've also found a partially replicate post on this forum, I'm sorry but with the Search function not working is not simple search for old post. No, I've configured two Shipping Method, the first named "Shipping with prepayment Paypal or Bank transfer" with charge to 10€ and other named "Shipping with cash on delivery" with charge 15€ (extra €5 than the other for the payment method management fees) The user that wants to pay on delivery must select the second shipping method. This is the only one solution I have found to work around the impossibility of setting rates added to the "Cash on Delivery" payment method. I hope I managed to explain myself now, my bad english do not help me.
