3 Replies and 1371 Views and 1 Subscribers Coupon promotions not working on checkout 1371 3 1 Started by Alex Pommier The odd part about this one is that the cart will accept any coupon code that does not exist within the administration console but when you input an existing coupon code the system just hangs on loading and you see the loading wheel until timeout. On the console I'm seeing the following errors: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () /DesktopModules/Hotcakes/API/mvc/cart/addcoupon:1 Has anyone experienced this Using latest version of Chrome and DNN 9.1....

A client could order a few cheap items where the total order amount is less or close to the fees of the payment processor. I tried to find such a setting but had no luck until now. 2 Replies and 1402 Views and 1 Subscribers Problems about Credit Card Payment Methods 1402 2 1 Started by Scippy I've succesfull configured the PayPal Express Payment Methods on sanbox mode, it work fine and the order process ends correctly. The same configuration on Credit Card Payment Methods using Paypal Payments Pro Gateway instead it does not work. I've also try to activate Debug mode for it, but nothing is logged in event log. After entered credit card informations I'm redirected on a empty Cart page, I can find the order but with payment not received. Below you can see the order workflow described...

Hello, category roles do not seem to be working to restrict product page access on our site. We are using Hotcakes version 1.10.4 Pro. When we set roles at the product level, it works as expected, preventing access to the associated product page for users without one of those roles. However, that is not happening when we set the same roles at the category level and a product is a member of the category.
