If you are not logged in as an admin, this field does not seem to work. The file begins to upload and then you get an http 200 error without any info or any info in the Event Log either.

Is there permissions or something that need to be set to allow a normal logged out user to upload a file?

HTTP 200 is actually a success message and not an error. Is that a typo? ;)

Which version of Hotcakes Commerce and DNN are you trying this on?

This is what we get but no real logging info. Only happens if logged out of site. Works fine logged in as admin.

In case the image does come through, this is what it shows and doesn't upload the image - sometimes it will get to 30%, 70% and just stop but never does it not fail when logged out.

    cc_icons_Crop.png(42.82 KB)0%
Error: -200, Message: HTTP Error., File: cc_icons_Crop.png

    DNN 9.4.1 and HC 3.2.3

    Hello Dustin:

Thank you for the screenshot and additional details. After looking into this deeper, I realize that this is something that we broke a few releases back - both intentionally and unintentionally.

A while back, nearly all API endpoints were marked as requiring authentication to prevent unauthorized access to them. This was one of them. So, this one was a mistake. :)

I'll be including a fix to allow non-authenticated users to upload files in the next release. (It only affects anonymous visitors.)
