Moore thanks for explaining that, took me a while to click... I can imagine the intense convo trying to explain the close date.

Will: A fix for this would just to have text explaining when the promotion date would end / close.

An even better fix would be to add a time picker & date picker, so people can set promotions for just a few hours rather than the whole day, this would also help with the end date as you would be able to choose specific times.
