Hi support,

We currently installed Hotcakes module in our UAT site.

We are developing a site which will sell Digital [downloadable item(s)] and Physical products.

We uploaded a PDF/Compressed File(s) via the Product's [b]File Downloads[/b] option. After checking out as a test user, we are not able to see the download button to down the purchased downloadable file.

I followed the following articles, but no luck at the end.

On the other hand, we went through the Order Management option to make sure the order has been marked as completed. We got the same result.

Can you please help me how to display the downloadable link?
