We have a free item that we allow our customers to have, but want to limit it to one per order. Ideally we'd like to limit it to one per household, but I'm not sure we can get that in depth.

I've reviewed various options in the promotions, but haven't been able to find what I need. I tried several different options, but still couldn't get it to do what I wanted.

So, I'm looking for a solution to allowing customers to have one of the free items, and only one. If you've done this or can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you,

    Hi sparham
You have several hooks to add such products in cart or checkout. See this documentation about Action Delegeat Pipeline: https://hotcakescommerce....-Integration-Project
Here you can add the free product / remove excess product count and optionally check delivery address.

    Hope that helps

Can you please update us to help illustrate what you're trying to do with the current promotion and the use case where/how the customer is getting more than one free product?
