Absolutely. I just submitted a big on a similar type of company locally, also a florist. They even wanted to limit the days and times of delivery as part of the shopping process. This is how I'd do it...

It will require that you take advantage of the viewset, action delegate pipeline, and order workflow extension points.

First, you'd update the viewset to implement the desired user experience in the product, cart, checkout (maybe), receipt, and order history views. Next, you'd update the action delegate pipeline to save the details to the cart (order), and the order workflow to implement any actions based on the saved information.
