With the given information, this sounds like something wrong with the custom viewset that is applied to the site. You'll want to check the respective viewset file(s) where the URL is being specified.

I think that everything is applied correctly.

I have indeed quite a few sites with Hotcakes and all of them are working perfectly well. Here is rather issue that I cannot figure out for to add domain2.com (or where to edit it) in order for the images to show correctly.

The current url points to for example:
http://portals/1/Hotcakes/Data/products/b3c9b5fd-3396-499e-a25d-76c0f3e8g020/additional/5e7f2a5d-0fa9-4295-ab77-452a0fe6eef7/tiny/testpic.jpg

That is on the product detail view and category view.

And on Hotcakes backoffice images are not appearing for the same reason:
https://portals/1/Hotcake...8g020/medium/testpic .jpg

However on domain1.com – which is portal/0, images are perfectly fine and image url is for example:
https://DOMAIN1.COM/Portals/0/Hotcakes/Data/products/c89c77f9-50d3-4ca3-94e7-451fc3cd4362/medium/pic03.jpg

So for some reason DOMAIN2.com is not popping info images on portal/1.

Can you advice please which files I should look into to change this?

I'm afraid my answer is still the same. You'll want to open the specific CSHTML file for the view you're looking at, and inspect the image tag in the HTML to see how it's currently coded. There shouldn't necessarily need to be a domain seen there at all. It sounds like there might be one or more typos in the view(s).
