hotcakes is not working

    Hotcakes is not accepting payments. What can I do? My business is at a standstill! Brenda Smith Myles

    I'm sorry to hear that your Hotcakes site is no longer accepting payments. It sounds like you may be using an older version of Hotcakes. Numerous online API providers and merchants recently discontinued support for older versions of a security protocol called TLS. This includes the Authorize.net payment provider, which you may be using. Support ended on 2/28/2018 at 12 AM PST.

    In order to fix this, you'll need to upgrade to Hotcakes Commerce version 01.10.04 or newer. We implemented a fix for this when it was first announced about two years ago.
