Hi all, we are running through setting this up for the first time and have followed the instructions here https://hotcakescommerce....-Registration-Module

When a user adds their info to the registration module and clicks on 'register' then nothing happens. inspection of the the console shows an error

it doesn't appear to mater of the user is logged in already or a new user to the site

Is this a known issue? is there something we are doing wrong here?
