I've worked sometimes around presta shop ecommerce and I found usefull an option to set the shop as simple catalog trasforming in only one click an ecommerce website in a catalog website disabling all ecommerce feature. I understand that this can be archived working around viewsets but it could be an idea for a new HCC feature.

Scippy, I agree! I answered a touch more in this other newer topic about a "Catalog Mode" request, but I agree, Having a switch that we can flip to hide the cart-related buttons on the screen and set the specific cart/checkout pages to admin-only is a great help.
