The main issue is the phone number field.

I did some more looking around and may of jumped to conclusions...
It seems like (correct me if im wrong) Hotcakes Checkout address gets sent to Paypal,
Paypal then sends the address back to HotCakes when payment is accepted?

Why does the Phone Number field not get pulled across to paypal?

Am currently looking at custom workflow to see if this is possible. not too familiar with this stuff :)

It's been a while since I've looked at that, but I believe it's because it wasn't a required field.

Hi team, just wondering if anyone has a solution to this issue? understand it may have been by design originally but am now looking at was to make it pull the phone number back inot the store.

Ultimately what should happen(from my perspective) is the phone number field should get treated the same as all the others and 1. feed number to paypal 2. receive the phone number back from paypal.

this is a bit of a sticking point as the users are entering their phone numbers and requesting and we aren't able to contact them when they think we should be able to.

This sounds like something that should be reported in GitHub so it can be resolved.
