Hi,

I have brand new DNN 9.6.1 on which I have installed HotcakesCommerce_03.02.03_Core_Install.

However, this is the error when I am trying to load Hotcakes for the first time:

I saw this thread and was going to update it just incase others encounter it too.
We have a DNN 9.8 instance running Hotcakes version 3.5.0 and everything works successfully.

We haven't moved to remove telerik from the DNN instance yet, but the basic settings of DNN new or upgraded to DNN 9.8 and Hotcakes up to 3.5 is a working combination
