Microdesk recently launched a new site design featuring an active integrated Community. We partnered with Arrow Consulting & Design on the redesign project. The addition of Hotcakes Commerce will allow clients to request quotes online rather than depending on phone calls. By featuring Hotcakes Commerce, Arrow Consulting & Design was able to offer Microdesk a beautiful new website that included both e-commerce and an integrated community powered by Evoq Social.

The new integrated online community will encourage Microdesk clients to start conversations about the services they offer onsite rather than depending on a third party social site.  Professionals in the AEC industry that are looking to offer feedback, ask questions, or share their tips and tricks will also benefit from this community. Evoq Social will also give Microdesk team members the opportunity to engage in conversation with their clients online and in a forum that can benefit an even larger audience.

With these additions to their site, Microdesk will see a substantial decrease in their customer service costs as the Community will offer existing and potential clients easy access to the answers they are looking for.
