Looks like it's only available Premium and up. For those willing, you'll have to strip fakes out of the project in order to build. Not sure how embedded we're talking about.

Maybe we can modify build script to run a routine...
I'm definitely interested in any solution that works for those with and without Enterprise edition. If anyone has the time to proof this out, it would be greatly appreciated.
Yes , Professional Edition of Visual studio has no support of creating fake DLL for unit test .
I have changed to Enterprise and Finally build Project.
i cant see CSS, web Form , Resource files and such file for edit. just in solution i have .Cs file as source code. when i build project just i have some dll file . where are Resources ? how test Project on D.N N ? we need good documentation to go on .

You're right that there needs to be more documentation, and I'm sure we'll have that eventually. Time, resources, and availability for any open source project will always be a bit different than a commercial product.

However, I've grabbed a clean/new instance of both the CMS and core solutions, and I'm able to build without issue. When it comes to the CMS solution, you should build first in debug mode then release mode, if you're going to run the site.

As for the current issue you're experiencing, I'd suggest completely wiping out your current work, and start over, to make sure your folder doesn't have any residual issues related to your previous troubleshooting.
