That's just it... I think the fakes are only supported in the Enterprise Editions.

Looks like it's only available Premium and up. For those willing, you'll have to strip fakes out of the project in order to build. Not sure how embedded we're talking about.

Maybe we can modify build script to run a routine...

I'm definitely interested in any solution that works for those with and without Enterprise edition. If anyone has the time to proof this out, it would be greatly appreciated.
