I've simply loaded on /Portals/0/HotcakesViews/ the folder 'BootstrapViewSet_03.00.00' and selected it by Admin/View Manager
I've tried it with GravityBootstrap_01.00.00 skin and BanyanBootstrap_01.00.00 skin

Ah... I've seen the same error message when upgrading some client sites. You can fix it by simply removing the IF statement block from the view that is calling "IsSocial." That method no longer exists in Hotcakes 3.xx.
