Thank Will for your timely answers, I know there are support plans for aid or customization but here I think the thing is inverted...I'm giving you support and my time to fix a bug in your product and I'm not asking for special support for something that only interests me.
This is a very small community that I hope will grow fast but for now there are few contributions present to fix product bugs which therefore become valuable.
I think this is the added value of making a product open, otherwise what other reason could there be?
maybe I'm not understanding something or maybe I'm in the wrong place...
