Hello, We are testing Ideal payment with Ogone/Ingenico as Third party payment method. We are getting an error when trying to simulate a succesful payment. It says: [b]SHA signature does not match. Please contact the store owner directly to complete your order. [/b] In the Log we see that 2 messages appear: [b]Third Party Payment Method Checkout Failed[/b] [b]Page load exception:[/b] Server cannot append header after HTTP headers have been sent. Our SHA-IN and SHA-OUT Phrases are unique and the same in hotcakes and Ogone/Ingenico Has anybody seen this error and how to fix it? If you need any more information please ask.

Dear Aranka, I also had the same problems. This is probably a bug. Will, can you test the ogone payment method and (dis) confirm?

Hi Kurt, Thanks for your reply, did you find a solution to this problem? and is it only when testing or also with a live ogone account?

It's incredibly easy to set-up some payment methods incorrectly or in ways that are unsupported.
