We don't yet have a date for the 3.0.1 release. I'd expect it to be out within the next two weeks though. It's waiting on a development task to complete at the moment.

Is there any update on when the new release will be out? I'm having the same issue, I can't edit the Site Settings or Page settings in the clean install of 3.0

There has been some additional traction over the past few days. The ball is once again in my court to move things forward. I hope to perform the necessary testing for the updates we've been waiting on sometime tomorrow. Once that occurs, we should be able to submit all of the proper check-ins and do the appropriate testing to get the release out within a week.
